Lisa is the Council's new Access and Outreach Coordinator and she will be supporting efforts to expand and grow childcare throughout our region. This position will support providers and families in connected but also separate ways. She will provide technical assistance and outreach to recruit new providers and teachers and will be a connector for funding, resources, business support and legislative impacts on the childcare industry. This position will also help families to access available childcare resources to help fulfill our mission that all children will have equitable access to high quality childcare.

Lisa has worked in the Early Childhood field since 1998 and has worked with children birth to five. She has worked as a substitute, teacher, family advocate, family home visitor, and director. Lisa is excited to continue to work with families and providers. Away from work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. Reading a good book is her favorite hobby and spending time with young children helping them learn and grow is her favorite reward.
