Kristin Sparkman is the Quality Initiatives Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Council (RMECC). Kristin has been in the early childhood field for over 10 years and is excited to be supporting the different Early Childhood programs, coaches and agencies. Over the years, she has worked with children birth to 12 in a variety of settings including preschool, Kindergarten, English as a Second Language (ESL), and school-age. Kristin enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping with her husband, Luke, and her two adorable boys, Liam and Ollie.

Kristin provides technical assistance and support for programs and coaches in navigating the Colorado Shines system, Professional Development Information System (PDIS), and spending QI dollars available through state funding.
