The Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Council is the regional council that
serves Eagle, Garfield, Lake and Pitkin Counties.

Additionally, we are the Universal Preschool Organization that is implementing Universal Preschool in Pitkin, Garfield, and Lake Counties as well as the Roaring Fork Valley portion of Eagle County.  Below are quick links for both providers and families that will help get you to helpful sites for Universal Preschool, Colorado Shines and our new Rocky Mountain Childcare Connect site.
