Difficult conversations are part of supporting children well. This 90-minute session offers practical strategies for communicating with empathy, clarity, and confidence when navigating sensitive topics with families and colleagues—from concerns about challenging behavior or potential developmental delays to conversations about adult behavior change needed to better support a child. Participants will practice approaches for reducing defensiveness, maintaining collaborative relationships, and keeping the conversation focused on shared goals for children.
