What We Do

Lake County Wraparound program was originally established through The Lake County Interagency Oversight Group, a collaborative partnership in Lake County. Lake County Wraparound serves youth ages 0-21 who benefit from a facilitated team- based process to help them address challenges in their lives and build resilience. Through our program families and youth develop their own vision and a plan with formal and natural supports to reach that vision. The Services are voluntary and free of cost. The Lake County Wraparound program is housed at the Lake County School District Administration Offices.
