What We Do

Therapy can be a space to explore and process experiences in our lives. I will support you in working towards finding a sense of wholeness and the connection that you desire. I work with all ages across the lifespan; with a specialty in working with youth, adolescents, and young adults. Areas of focus that often come up in therapy are life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. I offer both traditional office-based therapy as well as a walk-and-talk method.
