What We Do...

WIC (Women, Infant, Children) strives to keep pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children under the age of 5 healthy by offering food benefits, breastfeeding support, formula, referrals and nutrition education. Whether you are pregnant, already a mom, or raising a child under the age of 5, you can get personalized support from the WIC program. We also offer: Cooking Matters for Parents classes, which concentrate on teaching healthy, affordable, time saving recipes along with nutrition education. These classes are held virtually .
