What We Do...
Nurse-Family Partnership is a free, voluntary program that serves eligible first-time mothers. Clients who enroll in Nurse-Family Partnership will have specially trained nurses regularly visit them, starting early in pregnancy, and continuing through the child’s second birthday. Nurses are able to develop close relationships with new moms and quickly become a trusted resource for information about many topics like labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and safely caring for a child.
