Responsibilities:
Assist the lead guide in classroom management and daily routines
Foster a calm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Support children’s independence and curiosity
Requirements:
Previous experience with children preferred
Enthusiasm for Montessori education
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
