The Active Parenting class will start the week of Feb. 8th and will be hosted on Zoom. This particular parenting curriculum is directed at parents of kids aged 5-12, however, all parents are welcome. The curriculum focuses largely on compassionate parenting techniques and helping parents find balance. It will be offered in both Spanish and English. For a family that cannot or prefers not to attend a group class can sign up for 1:1 parenting coaching sessions with our facilitators as well. The class runs for 6 weeks. Participants that complete the 6 sessions receive a $100 stipend. We will also be providing a food and childcare stipend. For more information check out the English and Spanish flyer:
