Eagle County Child, Family, and Adult Services
The Child, Family and Adult Services Department supports relationships and environments where vulnerable adults, families and children receive services that enhance health, safety, stability, and self-reliance. Programs include: Early Head Start, Bright Beginnings, Child Welfare and Adult Protection.
Garfield County Child Care Quality and Licensing Department
The Garfield County Childcare Program focuses on meeting the needs of early education professionals in Garfield County. We promote recruitment, retention and quality in early education. We offer to licensed homes and centers: Pre-licensing and licensing support for Garfield and Pitkin Counties; consultation; resource van, a lending library of equipment and supplies; educational opportunities through workshops and on-site training for providers; childcare program strategies and assessments to help evaluate programs and set goals for improvement; referrals for early childhood mental health support and intervention; and early literacy awareness, training and resources.

The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) provides childcare services to families who meet income guidelines and who are in an eligible activity.
