We have listings for licensed child care and preschool facilities in Parachute, Rifle, Silt, New Castle, Gypsum, Eagle, Edwards, Minturn, Avon, Vail, Carbondale, Basalt, El Jebel and Aspen.

Early Childhood Options, in partnership with Grand Beginnings in Grand County and Early Learning Connections in Lake County, serves as the Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) for Summit, Grand & Lake Counties.
Child Care Resource and Referral agencies provide guidance by phone, through workshops, newsletters, and in person giving parents:
referrals to local child care providers;
access to information about location, Quality Ratings, costs, hours of operation, and care philosophies;
information on state licensing requirements;
availability of tuition assistance for child care and preschool; and
materials about parent education opportunities and family fun events.

Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP)
The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) is managed by county governments. CCCAP is an income qualifying program that assists families in paying a portion of their child care costs. Residents interested in determining eligibility for child care assistance should contact Health and Human Services departments in their respective counties:

Colorado Preschool Program (CPP)
The Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) is funded by the Colorado Department of Education. Children with various risk factors may be eligible for a half day CPP scholarship. CPP slots are located at school district preschool programs. For more information about CPP please contact:
